• Booking requirements:
    • To secure availability, reservations must be confirmed by card/online payment at least 8 hours in advance.
  • Flight Details: Arrival or departure times, flight number, and airport terminals are essential for scheduling the pick-up or drop-off accurately.
  • Passenger Information: Names of passengers, contact information, and the number of passengers, including any specific requirements (such as child seats) if applicable.
    • Child seats that comply with Portuguese road law regulations are available upon request. It is important to note that, in accordance with Portuguese road law, the provision of appropriate child seats for passengers under a certain age or size is mandatory. Please inform us in advance if child seats are required for your transfer to ensure compliance with these legal requirements and the safety of your young passengers.

    • Destination Address: Clear information about the destination address or hotel name for drop-offs.
  • Special Requirements: Any additional needs like extra luggage space, wheelchair accessibility, or specific preferences should be communicated in advance.

    • Cancellation Policy Acknowledgment: Understanding and agreeing to the cancellation policy, including any fees that might apply for last-minute changes or cancellations.

    • Not providing this information may result in unavailability of transportation, and refunds may not be issued.

  • Baggage allowance:
    • Each passenger may bring one medium-sized checked suitcase as part of their allowance.
      • The Passengers shall be liable for all expenses incurred should additional vehicles be required to transport non-declared excess luggage.
      • We reserve the right to refuse to make the journey due to the passenger(s) having excess luggage, which would result in the vehicle being unsafe while in motion
  • Additional Stops
    • Any diversions or additional stops that are not included in the reservation are subject to an additional charge payable to the driver.
  • Waiting time Policy
    • At airports, the driver will wait at the designated pick-up point for up to 75 minutes after flight arrival, without additional charges.
      • Please note, if flight is delayed by over 2 hours, availability for pick-up is not guaranteed. After the complimentary waiting period, additional waiting time and parking charges may apply.
    • For other pick-up points, a 15-minute grace period applies after the agreed pick-up time.
    • The applicable fees for waiting time are as follows:
      • Sedan: EUR 15.00 per 30-minute block
      • Van: EUR 20.00 per 30-minute block
  • Cancelations/Refunds
    To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled travel pickup time. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the transfer start time will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Disorderly conduct, risk of damage to the car, and safety
    • The company retains the right to refuse service if passengers fail to maintain orderly conduct or jeopardize the vehicle and driver’s cleanliness or safety.
    • We cannot guarantee the completion of the transfer if passengers are intoxicated or disruptive. The driver may refuse service if there’s a risk of damage caused by passengers, their belongings, or pets. Should service be denied under such circumstances, the full booking fee will apply.
    • We also reserve the right to levy reasonable cleaning fees, along with the driver’s loss of income at the standard hourly rate, for spills or any incidents where a passenger soils or damages the vehicle.

  • Exceptional Circumstances:
    • While every effort is made to ensure a smooth and timely transfer, certain unforeseen events or circumstances beyond our control may arise. These exceptional circumstances could include but are not limited to extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, road closures, strikes, or other force majeure events.
      • In the event of such occurrences:
        • Our team will make every reasonable attempt to accommodate and adjust transfer schedules to minimize inconvenience.
        • Communication channels will be utilized to inform passengers promptly about any changes or disruptions to their scheduled transfers.
        • Refunds or alternative transfer arrangements may be offered, depending on the nature and impact of the exceptional circumstances.
    • Please note that while we strive to provide the best service possible, certain situations may necessitate alterations or cancellations beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during such exceptional events, and we assure you of our commitment to resolving any resultant issues to the best of our ability.
